ATTENTION COMPETITORS!

Hello healthy people........
I'm interested in hearing from some fitness/shape and bodybuilding competitors.
What are your workout routines, diet recommendations?
Also, what to expect at the judging for some of the upcoming shows in New England.
Please fill me in on the good, the bad and the ugly!

Thanks,
GymChick

Jackie-
It sounds like you have hit a plateau... You will need to change your workout routine. This may mean increasing your cardio and making it more intense... I recommend interval training. If you are not lifting weights I suggest you incorporate it into your routine. If you are using weights, you'll need to increase the weights or reps - your body may be getting used to your routine so your metabolism needs to be spiked. As we age our metabolism slows.. mixing up your routines will put you back on track. Also, you will need to adjust your diet.
If you need help, please contact a trainer on my site for a free 1 hour session to get you back on track.
Stay strong - it happens to all of us!
